So, I’ve been seeing the number 324 a lot lately. It’s like, everywhere. On license plates, on my phone as the time, even on my grocery store receipt! It started to feel like more than just a coincidence, you know?

I did a little digging online and found out that some folks call these “angel numbers”. Apparently, they’re supposed to be messages from your, well, guardian angels. I’m not super religious, but I’m open to the idea. I mean, who knows, right?
Anyway, the 324 angel number, from what I read, is all about finding balance in your life. It’s a nudge to check in on yourself and see if things are feeling a bit wonky. I started thinking about different parts of my life, like my job, my friends, how much time I spend chilling versus being active and stuff like that.

Work-Life Balance
First, I looked at my work-life balance. I realized I’ve been working way too much lately. It’s been stressing me out, and I haven’t had much time for myself or my friends. I’ve also been skipping lunch a lot, which is not great.

Relationships
Then, I considered my relationships. I haven’t been the best friend lately. Work has made me a little crabby, and I haven’t been reaching out as much. That felt pretty bad when I thought about it.

Health
I also checked in on my physical health. With all the late nights at work, I haven’t been sleeping well. And since I’m skipping meals, I haven’t been eating the best either. I decided it was time to get back to eating healthier and started trying to go to bed earlier, and it has been helping already.
So, what did I do? Well, I’ve started to make some changes. I talked to my boss about my workload, and we came up with a plan to make it more manageable. I reached out to my friends and apologized for being a bit distant. We’re planning to hang out this weekend, and I’m really looking forward to it. I also started meal prepping again so I’m not skipping lunch, and set a reminder on my phone to go to bed at a decent time, which is good for me.
It’s still a work in progress, but I’m feeling better already. I’m trying to listen to what my body and mind need. Maybe it’s the angel number, maybe it’s just me paying more attention, but either way, I’m grateful for the reminder to find some balance. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, but taking a step back and checking in with yourself is super important. This whole 324 thing has been a good wake-up call.
